The American Series features edge grained cutting boards made from locally sourced woods from Ohio and Pennsylvania, specifically chosen by Tom. These will include familiar woods such as Maple, Walnut, White Oak, and Cherry that are easy compliments to today's kitchen designs. 

The Passport Series features edge grained cutting boards made from locally sourced woods paired with exotic hardwoods that create beautiful color cominbations and that withstand the test of time. Tom prefers these woods for their hardness and beauty. Padauk, Purple Heart, Sapele, Pau Amarillo, Mahogany, and Teak are among the favorites.

The Pop's Workshop Series identifies one of a kind items that can not be easily replicated due to supply chain issues and scarcity. If you see an item in this Series we suggest you jump on it.
